6.12.2024 Tap-takeover Hostinec Malý Růžek, Hradec Králové
10 types of beers on tap, competition, full pub, great evening :) Half of the beers were sour beers, but 4 kegs were still drunk during the evening. Very kind meeting with Ondra from Pivní Lednice, Minipivovárci and guys from Pivní Ambasáda in Pardubice - so try to guess where I will have the next TTO?
13.12.2024 Tap-takeover Pivní Zastávka, Praha
It's always a great time in Prague, I have a lot of beer friends from my 2-year stint at the Řeporyje brewery, so I couldn't wait to see each other again after a long time. The nicest surprise was an actor Marek Taclík, of whom I am personally a big fan. He also arrived at the event and praised my smoked gose Get Up :)
25.9.2024 Beerclub Pivovar Raven, Plzeň
The invitation to the most famous Pilsen microbrewery was impossible to refuse. A guided tasting interspersed with stories about the creation of the TamTam brand, my beer journey and experiences. After two hours, the story turned to listening to all the songs the beers are named after and their own stories and personal references to the names. A great audience, who were clearly interested in everything :)
21.3.2024 Nozib & TamTam release párty, Sedm°, Praha
My first beer presentation, only two so far - rye hazy IPA "The Eagle Flies Alone" and a collaboration beer with The Barn - cold IPA "In the Shadow of the Sun" for the launch of the album of the same name by the metalband Innersphere. A great party, although I was very nervous about the first feedback of my beers. Anyway, thank you very much for the invitation and thank Michael from the Nozib brewery once again for everything, for the help, for the opportunity to fly...
12.2.2025 Tap-takeover Žíznivá Gumovka, České Budějovice
A party in the narrowest house you can find in Budějovice, but with a wide group of beer enthusiasts. Michal from Gumovka took great care of us not only in terms of beer tasting. The biggest experience was Mia, a local dog/regular, who I was probably very interested in, especially when I had nachos on the table. The second nice visit was Hanka, who came from Třeboň and arranged an overnight stay in Budějovice for my TTO, I am very pleased with such support :)
And my signature now has a place of honor on the wall above the bar along with other breweries that visited Gumovka.
14.2.2025 Tap-takeover Pivní Ambasáda, Pardubice
Valentine's Day was a little different, but I and the girls behind the bar got flowers :) The lecture this time also had a microphone, so it was even more stressful for me. Fortunately, it usually subsides quickly when there are people around who are interested in beer, listen and ask questions here and there. And yet, it's a conversation about something I enjoy, not like a presentation at school :D A very pleasant meeting, this evening both Fantasy and Reason to Live have officially finished, but let's hope that Ambasáda will continue to regularly buy my beers and maybe we'll meet again in a year and discuss all the news :)
21.3.2025 B-day party Pivní Kult, Brno
We celebrated TamTam's first anniversary in Brno together with a new batch of rye haze IPA "The Eagle Flies Alone" and the first batch of cold IPA "INNERSPHERE". Pyramid God was the last one here, I will release something with exotic fruits maybe in the summer again :) The conversation was quite specific due to the large participation of my family. But the evening went very well, the Brno atmosphere is simply relaxed, friendly, cheerful, simply homely. It was the first TTO ever for Pivní Kult, so I was honored to be able to establish a "tap-takeover wall" with my signature here. :))
11.-12.4.2025 Prague Beer Fest, Holešovická tržnice, Prague
So it was a really good party! For me, it was a new experience to stand on the other side this time and present my own beer. I didn't expect to enjoy it so much. Both days were full of beer, acquaintances, and we had a stand between Raven and Falkon, so we were in great company all the time :) And what was the best part? Since March, we have had a new colleague at the brewery, Matěj, whom Pilsen residents remember from the craftbeer pub KMP. A tapmaster, whom I am now training in our production. And how did you enjoy the PB fest? You just had to look at him at any time, whether on Friday or Saturday, and let yourself be infected and drunk by his great mood. Thanks for being a part of our team!
25.4.2025 Degustation in BeerPeak, Prague
The BeerPeak beershop on Anděl was already sold out in advance. We gradually tasted three of the latest beers on tap, and four more from cans, including the latest cans of Gose Get Up!. All this with ongoing explanations about the beers, refreshments, and the accompaniment of songs after which I name the beers. The crowd looked interested and satisfied, so I left in a good mood too.
17.5.2025 Plzeňský Mazák, Pilsner Urquell, Pilsen
The opportunity to present myself and my beer at Prazdroj was almost my dream come true. The Pilsner Mazák homebrewing competition at the PU had an amazingly grand atmosphere, a whole bunch of brewers gathered and it was an honor for me to actively participate, let alone lecture among such capacities as Pavel Palouš and Mr. Berka. I donated a barrel of Innersphere on tap, which was drunk during the lecture :) Thank you Michal Roud for the invitation!
24.10.2025 Duality Tapping, Výčep Pod Divadlem, Pilsen
With my colleague Matěj from the brewery, we created and brewed a joint beer Duality in the presence of Baru from Výčep. In addition to working at the brewery, Matěj goes to Výčep in his free time to tap, so it was clear that the presentation and tapping of the first keg would take place there. Due to the small space, the keg had to be tapped outside in cold weather. A lot of people gathered and the beer was sold out in record time. Thank you all very much!
5.11.2025 Talk KMP, Klub malých pivovarů, Pilsen
Every autumn, KMP hosts what could easily be called a small festival of beer and stories - brewer's talks. Three monts, every Wednesday a new guest, 5-7 beers on tap, and a room full of people who simply love beer. I've been coming to these evening ever since I moved to Pilsen - as an eager listener soaking every story. Crazy Clown, Chroust, Sibeeria...and so many other brewer friends I've always admired. And this year, after three years in Pilsen, the circle finally closed - I stood on the other side, behind the mic and next to the taps, telling the story of TamTam. It was lively, curious, genuine. People asked questions, joined the discussion, shared their thoughts. There may be no photos from this year, but I'll dig out a few from the past ones - because every KMP night had its own magic.
6.11.2025 Tap takeover Syrovar + TamTam, Sedm°, Prague
Second time in the podcast Tap takeover, second time with TamTam beers in Sedm°. This time I didn't refill the Nozib taps, but great lagers from Syrovar. The organization was Roman's, so all I had to do was agree and arrive. After filming the podcast, we drove straight to Karlín, where the event was already in full swing. I was again surprised and very pleased by how many familiar beer faces I saw after a long time. Moreover, I simply like these joint events not only because I am "not alone" in this, but because I like to taste something other than just my own on tap :))

13.12.2025 Bistro Stars Hollow, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm
This weekend was exactly the kind that makes you want to keep doing it. The tap takeovers in Havířov at Radioklub and Frenštát at Bistro Starshollow were not just about beer, but mainly about people. A huge thank you goes to the owners Tomáš and Old, and the entire staff of both establishments for the absolutely all-inclusive service - from taking care of the beers, through great organization, to the human approach, comfort and the feeling that you are really welcome there. No stress or chaos, just good energy, a full glass and a sincere interest in what I do. Thank you for your trust, hospitality and for taking care of me as if I were your own. This is exactly what cooperation in the craft world should look like and it's great to see that TamTamas are also tasty at the opposite end of the country. I would be happy to come back anytime.
24.1.2026 Tap takeover TamTam, Psí Kusy, Ostrava
After a month, I went to a beer event again in the direction of "the region of uniqueness". Although this nickname is often associated with the Ostrava region, I always find it a little different here - people here seem more cordial, more open and friendlier than anywhere else. Maybe it's because nothing is embellished here and they tell things as they are. The tap takeover in Psí kusy was TamTam's first stop this year, and the third of all good things in the Moravian-Silesian region fully confirmed this on Saturday - the atmosphere was relaxed from the start, the beer was flowing, people were chatting and it was clear that people had come mainly to meet and spend time together. This time I also brought a trio of beers with me, which I see as my little doom witcher trilogy. Each one is completely different, but there is still one common thread between them - mood, darker energy and contrasts, which I have long enjoyed. In Psí kusy, this trio had one at the very top - the first tapped kegs were on tap. The evening was also accompanied by live music and, as the name Psí kusy suggests, the four-legged participation was not entirely negligible. Dogs are a natural part of the guests and only underlined the relaxed, slightly homely atmosphere. We went home tired but satisfied. With the feeling that it is these moments that give meaning to all this cooking, traveling and pulling kegs - because beer is not only about what is in the glass, but mainly about the people who meet around it for a while ❤️

Last stops of the TamTam Journey
The last few weeks of TamTam were spent on the road. From Ústí and Karlovy Vary to Olomouc and back to Pilsen.
Every stop was different. Some evenings were about memories, others about discovering new beers, talking brewing, music, or simply enjoying good company. But they all had one thing in common - the people who showed up. They were the reason all those miles, kegs, and late-night drives were worth it.
Over the years, TamTam has visited countless beer bars and bottle shops. Along the way, I met amazing people, made friendships, and experienced moments that could never happen behind a brewery desk or next to a fermenter.
Thank you to everyone who ever invited TamTam to a tap, gave it a place on a shelf, recommended it to a friend, or simply stopped by for a beer and a conversation.
A special thank you goes to all the venues that hosted me over the years, and the people working behind the bars who helped create so many memorable evenings.
TamTam is currently standing at a crossroads. But all the stories, encounters, and experiences remain.
And for that, I am truly grateful.
24.-25.4.2026 Lopni Beczku, Ostrava
Lopni Beczku Ale Fest organized by Létající Bezdomovec in the unique setting of the Agricultural Museum in Vítkovice, was definitely one of the latter.
Over the years, Ostrava became one of the places where TamTam built a surprisingly strong community. Many of the people who stopped by my stand were familiar faces from previous tap takeovers.
This festival was also one of the first moments when I openly shared that I was considering bringing the TamTam chapter to a close. Those conversations were not always easy, but they reminded me how much support, kindness and genuine interest I had received.
The beer was great, the atmosphere relaxed, and the setting unforgettable. Thank you to Létající Bezdomovec for organizing another fantastic festival, and thank you to everyone who stopped for a beer, a chat, or simply to say "Hello".
Sometimes the most valuable thing beer creates isn't what's in the glass, but the connections that remain long after it's empty.
27.3.2026 B-day party, Pivní Kult, Brno
Brno has alway held a special place in my story. First during my univesrsity years, and later through my work in the beer industry.
Coming back here is alway a mixture of nostalgia and excitement. The city kepps changing, but somehow many things remain the same - familiar places, familiar faces, and the feeling that you're among people who genuinely love good beer.
The TamTam tap takeover at Pivní kult turned into one of those evenings I'll remember for a long time. Thank you to the team at Pivní Kult for having me, and to everyone who came by to spend the evening together.
Some places simply feel like coming home. Brno is one of them.
