A lager that combines the typical fullness of the body supported by both the decoction mash process and the 12% share of Munich malt, characterized by tones of honey, with higher bitterness and the unmistakable aroma of American Simcoe hops, which with their resinous aroma are perfectly suited to the winter season. Dry-hopping was made in 3 phases and we used Simcoe hops in its 3 different variants – both classic T-90 hop pellets, the frozen cryo version and extracted essential oils at the end of the hop-boil.

Story of label
On a rock, high above the forests, sat three.
Two were awake, one was dreaming.
They were a home, and a nest.
They were what made it worth staying.
In the distance, a fourth pair of wings soared - not to escape, but with the knowledge that someone was always waiting for him down there in the pine forest.
"Everybody´s got a reason to live,
Everybody´s got a dream and a hunger inside."
