Gose inspired by the Hugo spritz drink. The body is built on a simple base of Pilsner and oat malt, which gives a delicate body. Fermented with Bry-97 yeast and acidity based exclusively on lemon, it feels clean, straightforward and very drinkable. Lemon salt underlines the refreshing character and elderflower adds a floral line to the aroma. Fresh, dry and salty beer with a pronounced citrus acidity and an elderflower aftertaste.
