Others: pink himalayan salt, dried juniper, litchi puree, black currant concentrate, red currant concentrate

A stronger gose with juniper and currants, complemented by Himalayan pink salt. The beer is fermented with Bry-97 yeast and its acidity is therefore purely fruity. The currants bring a distinct fruity component, the juniper adds a dry, slightly resinous character and the salt gently rounds out the entire profile and highlights the individual flavors. The beer feels complex, but still readable, with a long finish and clearly recognizable components.
