Pohoda

New Zealand pilsner

OG: 12° Plato
Bitterness: 41 IBU
Alcohol: 5,1 % (abv.)

Malts: pilsen, rye, dextrin
Hops: Nelson Sauvin Amplifire (NZ), Motueka (NZ)
Yeasts: Novalager

The beer is based on pilsen malt, supplemented with a pinch of rye and a small amount of dextrin malt, which adds a delicate body and a firm head. The clean fermentation with Novalager yeast allows the pair of New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin and Motueka to stand out - the aroma reveals notes of white wine, lime and citrus peel. The result is a light, dry and refreshing pils with a distinct hop character and a pleasantly juicy finish.

Story of label

This is a story of brewery. It can´t really be told in just one or two sentences, because itś been writing itself for two years now. Two years spent brewing in Čižice with a cres that simply feels right to work with.
There´s a fair bit of tongue-in-cheek humour in it too. Our phrase "That´s fine." has become a bit of brewery catchphrase - usually the reaction to any brewing fuck-up. And somehow, in the end, it actually works.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is pause for a moment and solve the problem with a cool head.
Unless something is acutally on fire.
And when it is... well, you might as well throw another sausage on the fire with Kabát.

"Když něco nejde, co na tom sejde - my máme čas."
