Another of the gose experiments, this time in the mood of a summer cocktail. The base is a sour and slightly salty profile, which is combined with spearmint, lemongrass and lime. We also used lychee puree, which added a delicate fruity sweetness and an exotic touch to the whole composition. The result is a refreshing combination reminiscent of a mojito - playful, aromatic and ideal for the last warm evenings.

On a summer morning, with dew still shimmering on the leaves, she stands at the open gate of the garden. In her hand, a lotus flower - a symbol of peace and renewal. Behind her, trees heavy with sweet fruits awaken; before her, endless space awaits. Today, she is free. Today, she is LOTUS.
