A sparkling experiment on the border between wine and beer. An extremely fermented, dry and elegant sour IPA with added Riesling grape must and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. A combination that creates the impression of fresh champagne - with the aroma of white grapes, gooseberries and a delicate touch of oak wood on which the beer matured. A celebration of purity and finesse, but with strength and depth in taste.
